Breeo Foods

GFC have worked with Breeo Foods, a leading international business, on a number of projects. In this particular case, an ambitious NPD plan with bullish targets required delivery.

A key requirement of the project was to identify gaps in the current range and build market share. Three products were quickly identified, developed, produced, listed and placed in stores within an extraordinarily short time frame, offering a new consumer offer and taking the best-selling Galtee brand into a new market segment. This single project also succeeded in exceeding the Galtee NPD budget for the year.

Mountaineering Council of Ireland

With a broad membership in terms of age profile and pursuit type, the Mountaineering Council of Ireland seeks to cater for everyone from rockclimbers to hill-walkers and mountaineers to Sunday strollers. Working with the MCI board, developing a clear vision within the organisation and a strategy to articulate this to members and generate ideas to help grow membership was a task assigned to GFC.

Bewley's

The tea market in Ireland is large and highly competitive. Bewley’s were looking to re-position their offer in this market with new packaging, new variants and seeking to appeal to new consumers too. GFC Communications carried out detailed analysis of the offer, the market, production options and took responsiblity for managing the project within a tight budget and equally tight time-frame.

Advanced Environmental Systems is the waste management and resource recovery divison of Bord Na Mona. GFC Communications has played a critical role in assisting management at AES to adopt a completely new approach to account management.
